To our beloved Saint Jacqueline, you kept the faith, you poured hope into others, you loved people and your family, and you fought life challenges in the midst of death. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written:

VALOR AWARDS CEREMONIES

Valor award ceremonies are intended to inspire participants and the general public to either support someone who is enduring hardships through sickness, or donate to our cause to continue to support methods of evaluation and educattion in better medical research. The public should be better informed of the impending dangers that continuously bring harm and sickness to our communities.

Join us for this glorious occasion as we honor the late Saint Jacqueline Polite and provide awards to those who suffered for a cause in the face of sickness, injustice and the fight for better healthcare practices.

BENEFIT CEREMONY – Includes a delicious meal, and powerful singers and recording artists singing songs of worship to our God JeHovah. We’ll have a teenage Breakout kidzone and childcare playzone. We encourage all guests to wear a hint of green in or on their outfit.

Award Requirements

For families and individuals considered for the valor award a $600 donation must be submitted to the foundation 6 months in advance before the actual ceremony date or the recipient award being acknowledged will be presented the following calendar ceremony year.

Businesses donating in conjunction with a family or community representatives are requested to submit $1000 with the same ceremony deadline as shown above.

Award donotions must exceed $1300 to be considered for two-three valor awards. Funds can be raised through various legitimate social and business channels. Nonprofit brand and copy right wording, images pertaining to Saint Jacqueline Polite, Saint Jacqueline, Saint Polite, Planters, Planters Assemblies, Keep Hope, Keep Hope56, 56, OR ANY RELATED AFFILIATES OR PARTNERS CANNOT BE LISTED OR MENTIONED in such fundraisers materials, unless given a written approval to display brand promotions.

Valor awards provided by Saint Jacqueline Polite board of directors or committee, can be provided to a group, individual / recipient upon a unaminous vote of approval. Donation requirement for a Board sibmitted valor award is $300, this covers award, and two guests.

VALOR AWARDS REQUIREMENTS

Valor awards are presented to the immediate family to acknowledge the family member, friend or spouse who consistently fought through illnesses and mistreatment from hospital or nursing facility settings, and/or impacted their community in a positive way. Such individuals may also have supporting families and may still remain critically ill or experienced death as a result of the illness or treatment. Awards will be provided in the following order; to the active [living] spouse, or child of award recipient who has a power of attorney, or an unanimous vote for one or two individuals that the family chooses to receive the award, for the award recipient who has passed away or deemed internally ill.

a. The key point of reference for this award is such individuals truly wanted to live and fight the negative results and odds in the face of disease and yet still played a vital role of commitment and encouragement to their community.

b. Award recipients must be deemed terminally ill.

c. Recipients must have an advocate or advocates who can raise awareness and retrieve community signatures of the life impact of how the recipient helped the community.

d. Award recipients cannot be involved with illegal actions or conduct that resulted in arrest as a result of personal life choices, drug abuse, drug sells, alcoholism that leads to an arrest, personal and public violence, or any such actions that causes harm to other individuals or oneself. [arrest or conduct must be legally appropriate as an advocate, protestor demonstrating in the scope of civil rights and/or constitutional rights to be deemed available for the valor award]

ENTERTAINERS / SPEAKERS / VOLUNTEERS – FOR TICKETED EVENTS / NON-TICKETED EVENTS AND PAID ENTERTAINMENT

All entertainers, speakers and volunteers are required to purchase a ticket unless it’s been properly paid for by someone else [ticketed events only]. All guests of such individuals will be required to purchase a ticket to enter the facility and enjoy the festivities. People assisting entertainers, speakers and volunteers will still be required to purchase a ticket. If an entertainer or speaker charges a fee, a portion of the fee will be deducted to cover ticket costs [if a ticket cost is required] up to one guest. Budget for such individuals cannot exceed $150 per entertainer or speaker [$200 for host/hostess]. Speaker or entertainers who perform less than 30 minutes, pay cannot exceed $150. Less than 16 minutes $75. The rate will still be enforced even if the entertainer or speaker decides to [is allowed to] go pass their desired documented and agreed time. So please be aware we do not pay outside of the agreed time scheduled.
